Graduated from a multidisciplinary career in international relations and economics, I have always sought to reinforce the existing connections between France and Latin America. After several years working in the solidarity finance sector, I am trying to reinforce my knowledge about social entrepreneurship, nourishing myself from emerging initiatives in Colombia.

I currently participate in the development of the Fairmined initiative and of the Sustainable Mines Program created by the Alliance for Responsible Mining. I accompany brands that have chosen to work with an ethical and traceable gold and that are build more transparent supply chains. ARM offers a unique opportunity to brands to connect with certified artisanal and small-scale mining organizations committed to protect their people and the environnement.

THE NEWEST TRACEABLE SMALL SCALE GOLD MINING SOURCES

In this session, I will present a new approach for brands willing to support the Fairmined certified mining organizations, focusing on the impact rather than physical traceability. We will seize the importance of a shift in our paradigms by looking at the challenges ASM mines face to be included in physical traceable supply chains, taking the example of mines we have been supporting in Peru and Colombia.
