Ethical Metalsmiths Student Presenters

One of the most vibrant parts of the ethical metalsmithing movement is the Ethical Metalsmiths Student group. These students begin exploring wise studio practices early on, and will ultimately have a profound effect on the world of jewelry making as new students move out into the jewelry industry and share their practices.

Ethical Metalsmiths Students (EM Students) has developed several projects that give students a platform to share the variety of ways that they consider ethical studio practices. One of those projects is the So Fresh + So Clean student exhibition.

Two EM Students, Andy Lowrie and Sarah Parker, both from the Ethical Metalsmiths Student chapter at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, will be sharing insights from the 2019 So Fresh + So Clean student exhibition, and then introducing the Design Panel.
